We’re on the hunt for an AI Integrator – Creative Systems to help us build, automate, and scale cutting-edge creative workflows across our DTC eCommerce brands. This role is perfect for a systems thinker who loves connecting tools, optimizing operations, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI in creative production.

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for helping us scale and automate our creative operations in the fast-paced world of DTC eCommerce. Your mission will be to build intelligent, flexible workflows that eliminate manual repetition and drastically improve the speed, volume, and quality of creative asset production.

You’ll work closely with creative, marketing, and tech teams to integrate AI tools, automate testing systems, and enable faster iteration of high-performing ads. This is a highly cross-functional and hands-on role for someone who loves systems, optimization, and getting creative work done at scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Architect and maintain smart, flexible creative workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, or equivalents
• Connect tools across scripting, asset generation, voiceover, versioning, and creative handoff pipelines
• Use Airtable to track concepts, testing scores, statuses, and automate project workflows
• Document repeatable workflows and build robust SOPs for creative operations
• Monitor, refine, and continuously improve the AI tech stack to stay ahead of industry changes

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Proven experience automating workflows with tools like Zapier, n8n, Make.com, or similar
• Solid understanding of creative production processes in digital marketing or eCommerce
• Familiarity with tools for generative AI, voiceover automation, or media versioning
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams and translate creative needs into scalable systems
• Experience with Airtable, Notion, or other low-code platforms for operations and data tracking
• Strong documentation skills and a systems-thinking mindset
• Bonus: Previous experience working in a DTC or performance marketing environment

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

• Introductory Call with Talent Acquisition (30 min)

• Interview with Hiring Team (45–60 min)

A conversation with the Hiring Manager and HR to explore your expertise, alignment with the role’s vision, and answer any questions you may have.
• Meeting with CPO (30-45 min)

A focused discussion on our cultural values, organizational structure, and long-term vision. A chance to align on expectations and get a deeper sense of how we work as a team.
• Reference Check

Conducted as a final step to confirm previous experience and ensure a strong mutual fit.
• Decision & Feedback

We’ll provide timely and transparent feedback, regardless of the outcome.

FIXED SERVICE FEE

From €1,700 after taxes, depending on your skills, competencies, and experience.

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS

❕This role is 100% remote.

At Foxelli Group, our team operates primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET), which is UTC+2 and UTC+3. We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
• For full-time roles, we expect hires to be available during at least 5 hours of typical working hours in the EET time zone to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

This requirement does not apply to part-time roles.
