We're looking for experienced architects and civil engineers to collaborate on U.S.-based residential housing projects located in New Mexico, USA.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design five model house types that serve as base templates for customer selection and customization.
• Collaborate with the U.S. team using IBC (International Building Code) knowledge and local AHJ regulations and Fire Codes expertise.
• Prepare construction drawings and coordinate with U.S. permitting standards.
• Interpret redlines and apply code-compliant modifications.
