Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate service contracts, terms and conditions, and commercial agreements across various business units.
Organize and maintain corporate records, including executed contracts, board resolutions, annual reports, and meeting minutes.
Assist in managing the companys contract docket, collaborating with the Legal Department, Sales, Finance, and Senior Management.
Assist in drafting standard corporate agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and vendor contracts.
Assist in managing legal disputes, coordinating with external counsel where necessary.
Maintain version-controlled records of commercial contract negotiations across clients and business units.
Oversee the companys intellectual property portfolio, tracking trademarks, patents, copyrights, and other IP assets.
Develop and implement corporate policies, templates, and legal documentation.
Support legal team members on special projects and initiatives.
Supervise the contract lifecycle, including planning, negotiation, and execution.
Conduct legal research on various points of law as needed.
What Were Looking For:
Bachelors degree in law or a related field.
1-2 years of experience as a corporate paralegal, legal executive, or legal assistant.
Familiarity with IT terminology, data protection, and intellectual property laws is preferred.
Proficiency in contract lifecycle management.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders across different seniority levels.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to exercise sound judgment, commercial awareness, and practical problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
