Roles and Responsibilities
Monitoring: –
§ Day to day monitoring of all project Attendance (Shift wise) update to Operation Manager
§ Identifying and addressing problems in sites and inform the same to Operation Manager.
§ Review meetings with the Clients and the team to assess and resolve issues.
§ To check all documents in sites such as attendance, log, stock register etc during site visit.
§ To check grooming of staffs in sites during visit | Update the Grooming Audit checklist
§ To conduct training classes frequently in all sites. Eg – grooming, chemicals, about PPE, msds.
§ To check the conditions of machines which we use for cleaning and polishing and follow up for rectifications.
§ Prepare documents for new Joinees (esi, pf, id card)
Planning: –
§ Manpower planning & support manpower recruitment.
§ Logistics distribution and usage plan
§ Daily and periodical work schedule planning
§ HR related issues and compliances.
Reports : – (Mandatory)
§ New joiners kits (Aadhaar card & Bank account Mandatory)
§ Attendance for the month should be closed (duly signed by client)
§ Accommodation Check Report
§ Daily Site Visit Report to Reporting Manager
§ Operation Weekly Report
§ Client Feedback Form – WE CARE Card
Job Location: Bangalore
Eligibility
Any degree/diploma in Hospitality
min 2 yrs of experienced in Hotel industry
Looking for Male candidates only
Good oral communication
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
