We’re hiring a Back Office Assistant in Pune Maharashtra to support daily office operations, coordinate with the sales & marketing team, and ensure smooth data and communication management.

Position: Back Office Assistant

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience: Fresher or Experienced

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Required)

Key Responsibilities as Office Operation Jobs in Pune:

• Handle calls, emails, and correspondence

• Maintain and update records, reports, and databases

• Assist with Pune client account documentation and reconciliation

• Coordinate with sales, dealer, and marketing teams

• Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations as needed

Requirements for Back office jobs in Pune:

• Bachelor’s degree (required)

• Fresher or 1+ year experience welcome from Pune

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Experience supporting sales/client teams is a plus
