• We need someone who has good communication skills
• We need someone who doesnt have a log career gap in the recent past, means the candidate shall be on job right now and shall be open to WFH.
• We need someone who has experience in Hiring for voice process for Domestic and International BPO
• We need someone who understands different shifts used in BPO hiring
• We need someone who is comfortable working on Targets
• Someone who is comfortable working from +:30 AM - 6:30 PM also on alternative Saturdays and stretched hours if Business demands
• They should know how to work on Naukri / Monster Shine i.e. they should know how to use the search as well as do the Job Posting and Mass Emails
• We need someone who is Naukri / Monster Shine i.e. they should know how to use the search as well as do the Job Posting and Mass Emails
• Anyone local to Hyderabad so they understand the location those candidate would be preferred but thats not mandatory.
• The incumbent shall be good in attitude and have flexible and out of box thinking approach.
• Immediate Joiner
• Someone who has a Laptop or a Desktop and a WIFI connection already ready with them"
