We need someone who understands different shifts used in BPO hiring
We need someone who is comfortable working on Targets
Someone who is comfortable working from +:30 AM - 6:30 PM also on alternative Saturdays
They should know how to work on Naukri / Monster & Shine i.e. they should know how to pull up a search as well as do the Job Posting as well as Mass Emails
We need someone who is used to dealing with large volume hiring and can work under pressure
