Roles and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with a select group of customers through personalized service.
Key responsibilities include handling customer queries, providing superior service to mapped customers, ensuring timely delivery of customer enquiries, and meeting the bank's delivery standards for total customer satisfaction.
Other key duties include coordinating with relationship managers, interacting with key clients on a periodic basis to assess service levels and customer satisfaction, managing customer escalations, and ensuring customer grievance redressal.
The successful candidate will also maintain complete customer profiles, including risk profiles, demographics, and assets in the bank.
Additionally, they will deepen existing relationships by cross-selling the bank's products and services/third-party investment products, identify potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration, acquire new customers by converting referral leads, and achieve targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
