Job Description Roles and Responsibilities • Handling 10 Retail Branches in the Cluster. • Responsible for achieving Sales goals, Operations, and Performance goals in a High intensity Sales environment Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet Management of the Cluster. • Tracking and monitoring daily productivity and book movement of the Cluster. • Cluster headcount budget to be maintained. • Should ensure that the Cluster complies with Banks policies and processes. • Team Motivation and Team Building. • Thorough knowledge of daily banking operations and products and services. • Ensure comprehensive compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements as relevant forthe Cluster and for various product and services. • Ensure Audit related deliverables both internal and external are met as per the prescribed norms • Monitor and ensure the Upkeep of the Branches and ATMs within the Cluster. • Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of branch activities. • Supervised and coach employees throughout the branch and maintain workforce stability, through creating a supportive environment for staff. • Routinely work with high profile account relationships to satisfy their financial banking needs. Highlights: Huge turnaround in CASA and Fee business. Huge turnaround in TASC and TPP business. Cluster became Profitable including 3 less than one year vintage branches. Best Cluster of the South Zone in CASA / TASC / TRADE Acquisition. Recognized as the flag bearer of Life Insurance sales in the region (3 ISTP with more than 60% cluster personnel).
