We are looking for a Creative AI Producer to join our team on a contractual basis to manage creative production, bring fresh ideas to life, and integrate AI tools where appropriate to enhance creative workflows.
Role Overview: The Creative AI Producer will play a key role in overseeing the production and editing of creative content, ensuring the highest standards of quality, creativity, and alignment with client objectives. While experience with AI is beneficial, the role's primary focus will be on creative direction, video and digital content editing, and managing the end-to-end production process. The ideal candidate will have experience in creative industries, a strong understanding of brand storytelling, and a passion for producing visually stunning content.
Key Responsibilities:
• Creative Production & Editing:
• Lead the production of digital content, including video, animation, social media assets, and other creative materials.
• Edit high-quality videos and visuals, ensuring a seamless and engaging final product that aligns with the brand’s vision.
• Oversee creative workflows to ensure that all content is executed on time, within budget, and meets the required creative standards.
• Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams:
• Work closely with designers, content creators, and engineers to bring creative ideas to life.
• Provide creative direction and leadership throughout the production process, from concept development to final edits.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and product teams to explore how AI tools can improve and streamline creative workflows.
• Client & Brand Engagement:
• Work directly with clients to understand their brand vision and creative needs, translating these into actionable creative briefs.
• Manage relationships with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their expectations are met.
• Present creative concepts and finalized content to clients, ensuring alignment with their objectives.
• Creative Strategy & Concept Development:Develop creative strategies that resonate with audiences and align with the client’s goals.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate with internal teams to generate fresh ideas and new concepts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and apply new creative techniques and tools to improve content creation.
• Project Management:
• Oversee multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Maintain a clear timeline for all projects, managing deadlines and resources to meet client expectations.
• Ensure quality control throughout all stages of production, from initial concept to post-production.
Qualifications:
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in creative production or editing, with a focus on digital content (video, animation, social media).
• Proven track record of producing content for top-tier brands or creative agencies.
• Experience in video production, editing, and visual storytelling.
• Skills:
• Strong expertise in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative strategies for video, social media, and digital campaigns.
• Excellent visual storytelling, creative direction, and editing skills.
• Familiarity with integrating creative technologies (such as AI tools) into production workflows is a plus but not mandatory.
• Client Management:
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality results.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to explain creative concepts and strategies to non-creative stakeholders.
• Project Management:
• Experience managing multiple projects and ensuring their timely and successful completion.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of creativity and quality.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of AI tools in creative production (e.g., automated editing software, AI-assisted content generation).
