Education Qualification: Full-time graduation
Shifts: 247 rotational shifts
Experience required: 2 to 4 years
Process: Customer Service Voice Process
We are looking for talents with at least 2 years of experience. Talents should have graduation completion certificate and mark sheets for onboarding.
Job Description:
• Excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues on calls/chat/mail.
• Open to work in 247 and work from office environment
• Analytical problem solvers who will understand issues and to resolve customer issues.
• Problem solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve customers issues independently, thoroughly & efficiently.
• Being proactive and show the utmost respect for customer's time.
• Good time management, ensuring all contacts with customers add value.
