Ideal for Individuals Returning from a Career Break or Seeking a Career Change

We warmly welcome applications from Individuals returning to the workforce after a career break (e.g. parental leave, caregiving, career change, or time away), as well as individuals seeking a meaningful career change into early childhood education. If you’re coming from another industry and are motivated to do purposeful, people-focused work, we provide structured training, mentoring, and a supportive environment to help you transition successfully. If you’re ready to re-engage in meaningful, stable work with clear expectations, professional development, and a consistent schedule, this role is designed with you in mind.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

Quarterly performance bonus on top of salary (inclusive of 12% superannuation)
Regular professional development and ongoing Shichida Method training
Employee discounts on our programs, shop, and partner retailers
Referral incentives and recognition programs
Supportive, people-focused team culture
Opportunities to grow within a growing organisation
Your Role

Deliver up to 4 engaging Shichida classes daily for children aged 0–9
Inspire both children and parents through fun, interactive learning activities
Partner with parents to support each child’s learning journey
Prepare class materials and assist with centre operations as needed
Represent the Shichida philosophy with professionalism and care
About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Are mature, reliable, and bring a strong work ethic to everything you do
Are committed to your role, your team, and the families you support
Learn quickly, take feedback well, and enjoy mastering new skills and methods
Are passionate about children’s learning and development
Are seeking a stable, long-term role and can commit reliably to set days
Have a growth mindset and enjoy learning new methods and approaches
Are organised, dependable, and proactive
Communicate warmly and professionally with families and colleagues
Can commit to full-time or part-time (minimum 3.5 days per week)
