The ideal candidate should have experience in drafting professional emails, making client presentations, coordinating with vendors, and must be tech-savvy with basic knowledge of tools like ChatGPT for content and idea generation. Owning a laptop and a two-wheeler is mandatory for this role. Key Responsibilities: Create professional PowerPoint presentations for client pitches and internal planning. Draft and send professional emails to clients, vendors, and stakeholders. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, vendors, and government authorities. Use tools like ChatGPT to draft proposals, concepts, reports, and creative ideas. Coordinate event setups, vendor management, and on ground execution. Maintain proper documentation, timelines, and updates for each project. Be physically present during events for coordination, client servicing, and team support. Assist with proposal submissions, event planning, and post event reports. Travel locally for meetings, site visits, and event duties. Key Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Gmail/Outlook.
