Job Description
5 lightyears is rapidly growing and seeking to hire an additional Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team! This Project Manager must be self-motivated and thrive in a team environment and can align with our core values as a company.
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: 15 lightyears corporate office located in Longwood, FL. Some travel may be required.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday (Hours may vary depending on project needs)
Compensation And Benefits
• Pay: $ 65k base salary

Responsibilities Include
• Develop, drive, implement, manage the construction for a wide range of projects from start to finish.
• Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.
• Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.
• Manage subcontractor bid requests and contracting.
• Oversee on site progress of both self performed and subcontracted work.
• Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
• Ensure quality installations and drawings are being executed.
• Drive customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies and performance standards.
Qualifications
• 4+ years experience as Project Manager in Commercial Construction
• Must have a strong ability to read blueprints, determine materials/labor requirements, build out estimates as needed.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Electrical construction experience is a plus but not required.
• PMP Preferred (Not Required)
