Job Description
So, what are the main duties of an Exchange Expert in Netcompany-Intrasoft?
As an Exchange Expert, you will:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Exchange infrastructure (On-Prem/Hybrid).
• Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert and technical authority for Email (MS Exchange).
• Lead improvements across all related service components.
• Deliver assigned project objectives during PI Planning.
• Maintain system documentation and support procedures, including rota/cover arrangements and proactive upgrade cycles.
• Configure and maintain the On-Prem/Online Exchange service, focusing on service administration, improvements, and scheduled maintenance.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly health checks and develop methods to streamline, automate, and enhance system health monitoring.
• Apply your extensive experience in the design, implementation, administration, and maintenance of MS Exchange and Microsoft 365.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
• Relevant college degree or 5+ years of experience in complex IT environments.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Exchange (2010/2013/2016/201+/Online).
• Expertise in Exchange administration, configuration, and migrations (on-prem to cloud).
• Experience with large-scale Exchange and multi-tenant Active Directory deployments.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and troubleshooting skills.
• Solid understanding of networking (load balancing, firewalls).
• Proven ability to support mission-critical systems 24/7.
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and SAFe methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1).
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE) are a plus.
• Additional assets: SQL, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Proofpoint solutions, Splunk, Active Directory design, and French language skills.
