Hiring for a Senior Human Resources Generalist
The Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of HR within the organization.
Main Responsibilities
• Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, design interview techniques, and select suitable candidates for roles.
• Training and Development: Design and manage comprehensive training programs to foster a high-performance culture.
• Compensation and Benefits: Manage employee benefit programs, ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and provide competitive compensation packages.
• Employee Relations: Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance and support to managers on workplace issues.
• Performance Management: Facilitate performance reviews, offer constructive feedback, and guide managers on performance management best practices.
• Policies and Procedures: Define, implement, and communicate clear workplace policies, including a code of conduct, workplace safety protocols, and remote work guidelines.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to laws and regulations, encompassing labor laws, safety regulations, and internal policies.
• Employee Engagement: Champion employee engagement, promote employee well-being, and develop initiatives to improve job satisfaction.
• Work Environment: Establish an ideal work culture, promote diversity and inclusion, and foster collaboration and open communication among team members.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This role offers a competitive compensation package, including:
• A minimum salary of Rs 120,000 and a maximum salary of Rs 150,000.
• A 3-year contract with the possibility of renewal for another 3 years, subject to performance.
• An increase in wages for a period of 3 years if the contract is renewed.
• A round-trip airfare (free of cost) every 3 years.
• Free accommodation in Fiji and free travel to work.
• Candidates will bear food expenses, approximately Rs 5,000 per month.
