Qualification: B.Com / M. Com
Skills: Accounts Recevaibles, Invoicing, Budgetings, Accounting and Tally. Good in English communication (spoken and written).
Experience: 3 Years of relevant work experience in IT Services industry.
Location: Saki Vihar, Powai.
Responsibilities:
1. Accounts handling Sales and revenue – Invoicing and Accounting.
2. Compilation and updating of Management MIS and Budgets for revenue.
3. AR maintenance and Maintaining management MIS for update and feedback.
4. Compilation of proposal and agreement for customer in company standard formats as entered with customer and approving the same with Sales Managers and sharing it with customers as required.
5. Providing support to Sales and Projects Team in giving various projects and customer related MIS and feedback time to time.
6. Coordinating with Project Team wrt Invoices and Project Status
7. Accounting in Tally, and attending to the Audit Queries
8. Revenue updating and forecasting
