Job Description
Key Accountabilities
• Partner with the marketing team to drive marketing and outreach efforts for the SME segment
• Drive account based marketing to enable quality conversations and lasting account relationships with the enterprise segment
• Deliver high impact integrated marketing and engagement campaigns with key Partners for awareness and deepen wallet share
• Support the business team in delivering a cohesive pitch by developing relevant pitchbooks and measurement dashboards
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships industry associations, agencies and other key external stakeholders
• Plan and manage a calendar of data-driven and experiences through proprietary and sponsored events (physical, digital and phygital) for our clients and communities
• Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and customer trends to ensure new tie ups and product marketing strategy
• Ensure all the activities are carried out keeping the governance in place too
• Engage with product partners for strengthening product proposition
• Experience
• Possess a strong business acumen and has an ability to think strategically and tactically
• Excellent relationship building skills and someone who understands business cultures and nuances
• Ability to work towards challenging deadlines and across the marketing mix and has strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience in Events (both physical and digital) management, Branding and Communications
• Is used to fast-paced work environment
Education / Preferred Qualifications
• A graduate or equivalent degree (with experience / understanding of banking and sales), Computer proficiency (Acquaintance with internet and MS Office) with relevant experience of selling in banking /NBFC financial products.
