Job Description
An employee having the Qualifications and Experience as specified for Associate Professor under the University Grants Commission (Minimum Qualifications for Appointment of Teachers and other Academic Staff in the Universities and Colleges and other Measures for the Maintenance of Standards in Higher Education) Regulations, 2020 shall be an e-learning expert with experience in technical coordination for modules development and Learning Management System (LMS) and shall coordinate with Departments or Schools of Studies offering Online Programmes.
· Planning, development, evaluation and administration of departmental operations and policies.
· Ensure timely delivery of academic calendar.
· To maintain quality in the services provided to the learner.
· To devise mechanism and generate learner feedback for improvement of academic content.
· Plan, review lesson plan, facilitate timely development of academic content in 4 quadrant approach
