Business (both asset and liability) development in theallocatedRegion which covers one to few states through 6- cluster headsand - RM’
To start business in new locations for generating Business from untapped areas.Retention of existing customers from competition by delivering exceptional service.
Issue resolution related to business activity
Regular supervision tomaintaincontinuityand follow up of business for achieving higher profitability through reduced cost of operations, reduced transaction costs, faster processing,andincreased staff productivity on business numbers.
Team management -Overall monitoring of performance forreporting Cluster Heads, RMs and Field officers; Ensuring staff Productivity of both RM and Field officers for business growth.
OperationsMonitoringof business generated through the system and strictly adhering to all process/policy and compliance on (OTR), FTRin account/loan booking, tight control over audit exceptions for quality and profitable business. Implementationofsystem basedprocess for business sourcing and collection efficiency. Fraudcontrol, Businessenvironment check & Monitoring on reduction in deviations Reporting of fraud incidents which are investigated andfinalizedby CH. Maintenance of excellent portfolio quality, NPA Control,Addressingcritical issues related to delinquency and legalcases..Credit analysisOrganizing periodical meeting / discussion with Credit and other support verticals for smooth business and problem solving in the Region.
