Roles and Responsibilities
To drive business growth in line with bank objectives, we deliver exceptional customer service through expert wealth management techniques.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve absolute targets as measured by performance metrics
- Meet banking targets with a focus on income objectives
- Penetrate new customers with relevant products
- Reach minimum revenue objectives of Rs 100,000 per customer for RMs and self/team level for Senior RMs
- Maintain % growth in Assets Under Management (AUM) for RMs and self/team level for Senior RMs
- Meet client sign-on objectives as defined by RH/BH, including new-to-bank clients
- Convert existing bank clients to Personal Banking Group services for eligible managed clients
- Ensure Quality of Customer Interactions is updated in the CRM system according to desk requirements
- Adhere to Desk policy of Client Contact Management and Personal Meetings, updating the CRM within prescribed timelines
- Deliver benchmarked levels of product delivery around customer needs
- Gather customer feedback on solutions provided by RMs on customer requirements
- Stay up-to-date on functional and industry knowledge
- Set a positive example, guide staff members through new tasks, build rapport with others
- Possess strong knowledge in equity and related areas
- Focus on creating measures of excellence
- Set clear achievable goals aligned with broader desk objectives and monitor plans against current progress
