Roles and Responsibilities
Advisory
• Handles clients and offering a complete suite of commercial banking and investment banking solutions.
• Advises companies in a turnaround situation with respect to liquidity concerns, undertaking viability study, develop sustainable business plans and getting involved in the rehabilitation package
Stressed Asset Management
• Manages stressed assets involving interaction with top management of the company, performance monitoring & benchmarking, adherence to terms, site visits to business
• Arranges for fresh financing in stressed and special situation assets with an objective to provide overall resolution, which involves business analysis, study of company’s potential & industry risk & prospects, business and financial engineering, etc. - direct interaction with Promoters investors.
Performance Monitoring
• Closely monitors exposures to enable proactive action whenever required. Review credit files, financials and security documentation and current status
• Designs and implements suitable early warning triggers for allocated accounts. Closely monitors allocated portfolio, regular review of operational and financial performance, monthly cash flows, tracking performance of various industries which have a bearing on the respective assets etc.
