Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled professional to identify, evaluate, and select the best possible property for our needs. The ideal candidate will conduct thorough due diligence on the property, ensuring all necessary paperwork is in order.
The selected individual will be responsible for timely completion of Lease Surrender Works (LSW) and prompt possession for Bank's interior works. They will also oversee the execution of interior works at properties sourced across allocated territories.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely branch handovers without any issues
• Source and convert properties within budgeted rent and area parameters
• Coordinate with property consultants, legal advocates, owners, and internal clients
• Communicate effectively with the finance department and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with the internal team to achieve project goals
