Responsibilities
1. Core financing experience including on transactions involving term loans, working capital loans as well as issuance of listed/ unlisted NCDs. Associates with DCM experience will also qualify; and/or
2. Experience in insolvency and restructuring matters. Preference will be given to those who have experience across the two verticals

LLB Completed & should have experience working with law firm
