Job Description
• Heading complete Retail Banking of branches across the Region for their GL Growth, Operations, Compliance, P&L Management, Credit & Loan Administration and Customer Service.
• Leading the business development operations.
Role Requirements:
• Accountable for achievement of monthly branch wise sales targets across all products. Responsible for Customer Service and Compliance for the entire region. Ensuring timely delivery upon the revenue budget for the entire region across all the products. Liaising with top HNI clients. Leading the team of Branch Managers to ensure optimum productivity. Overseeing entire Retail Liability, Asset and Revenue Business including third party products. Meet sales & marketing financial objectives by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances and initiating corrective actions. Determine annual and grossprofit plans by forecasting & developing annual sales, projecting expected sales volume & profit for existing / new products, analyzing trends & results, establishing pricing strategies, recommending selling prices, monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.
