Job Description: - Customer Service
Interface with customers over Internet for the purpose of passively (i.e.; order taking) or actively selling products and services.
Job Responsibilities
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
• Troubleshoot customer issues related to products and give them satisfactory services.
Basic Eligibility Criteria:-
• Graduate/UG/ drop out -freshers/experienced can apply.
• Graduates/Undergradutes fresher are preferred .
• Job location is in Gurugram.
• Candidate should have excellent conversational skills in English.
• Candidate should be willing to work in rotational shifts and night shifts.
• Candidate should be okay to work from office.
Salary
• -2.64lpa + incentives
14-16200k in hand salary monthly.
