Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities Managing with a book size . Tracking and monitoring their book growth value build up ,new acquisition of CASA ,daily productivity of sales staff across products TPP, Asset products Home loan LAP, Business loan and personal loan and broking, annual appraisals and revenue/income achievement .
Training and mentoring of sales staff on retail liabilities products.
Organizing sales activities with team.
Look after Service issues & to ensure prompt complaint/query resolution.
Monitoring and tracking portfolio hygiene and quality of team.
Supervising marketing and Business development operations for various Liabilities Business, lending against Tangible Securities, Third Party Products thereby achieving increased sales/maximizing profit.
Responsible for dealing with external and internal auditors and inspections, Operation services and compliance and Quality aspects in Branch
Account Opening Forms checks and to ensure zero % FTNR.
Co-ordination with Internal Audit Team for resolving audit related queries.
Overall responsible for Team management and Development, Cost Management, Revenue Generation.
