Roles and Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product information to our valued customers. Your primary duties will include managing cash and customer transactions at the Teller counters, supervising all non-cash transactions such as demand drafts, pay orders, fund transfers, and other banking operations.
You will also be responsible for resolving customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that walk-in customers have their issues addressed promptly. Additionally, you will be expected to generate new business opportunities, cross-sell and monitor cross sales of personal bankers, enhance the value of existing accounts, and retain existing portfolio.
Your role will involve coordinating with clients to understand their business and functional requirements, providing assistance and support as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining high-quality service standards, managing queues, and developing strong customer relationships.
