Job Description
- To manage team of ABDMs, SMs and Sales Associates in the state
- To coach and mentor team in mobilizing life insurance business from the assigned locations/ districts.
- To achieve NOP and premium target of the unit by generating business through team of reportees
- Will also be instrumental in designing and executing schemes for the partner
- Will be responsible for driving Quality Parameters like ECS, low surrenders, low FLCs etc.
- MIS management for the team and channel
- Daily / Monthly Activity Monitoring of team
Preferred skills : Team Management, Team Handling, Life Insurance, Bancassurance Sales
Experience: 7 to 12 years
