Job Description
Drive business growth and optimize results by developing and executing strategic plans aligned with the CEO's vision. Collaborate with product and coverage heads to enhance revenue, balance sheet growth, and returns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute strategy, financials, and business controls.
• Plan, budget, forecast, and review budgets and forecasts regularly.
• Establish processes for revenue and cost budgeting and analysis.
• Analyze revenues, costs, and budgets across businesses, regions, and products.
• Prepare performance dashboards, reporting metrics, and trend analysis for senior management.
• Conduct investment analysis, risk analysis, and governance activities.
• Lead branch expansion projects and coordinate with local and HO teams.
• Facilitate EXCO and senior management meetings, producing minutes and statutory reports.
• Develop finance and business presentations for the CEO.
