JD:-
Client: Target Corporation(Payroll: Prodapt NMS)
Location: Manyata Tech Park, Hebbal, Bangalore
Salary Budget : 3LPA
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner
Support in developing and maintaining relevant store design Revit family fixture content and documents
Learn and implement Target Revit standards to deliver projects with-in agreed time frame
Understand the methods of quality standards to be maintained and deliver desired quality
Communicate specific project updates with team/partners across locations at the right time
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:
Support to create and document accurate Revit fixture families based on input from design partners
Ensure design processes are consistently applied as per specific department BIM standards
Collaborate with team and other design partners to achieve quality and timely deliverables
Ability to read and analyse cross-functional design drawings/ documents
Work closely with supervisor to deliver special projects/ initiatives as assigned. Build strong partnership across team in order to meet and exceed expectations
Well-developed ability to coordinate multiple projects, and prioritize workload
Maintain an excellent level of verbal and written communication on day-to-day activities
Solutions oriented approach so that all the problems are escalated with proposed solutions
Ability to work well with others and contribute to a positive environment
JOB REQUIREMENTS (DESIRED):
4 years full time degree in B.Arch(Architecture Only)
1 to 4 years of experience
Excellent working knowledge on Revit (Parametric family creations preferred), BIM 360, Bulebeam and PDF
Working knowledge of MS Office
Desire to work in a fast-paced,challenging & constantly changing environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
