Roles and Responsibility
· Respond to customer Queries on call
· Resolve customer complaints
· Place customer orders in the computer system
· Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
· Provide product and service information to customers
· Follow up customer calls where necessary
· Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.
Salary – Upto 13000/- per month
Qualifications – 12th Pass
