• Execute trade-specific tasks (e.g., carpentry, fabrication, assembly, repair) in accordance with work instructions and technical drawings.
• Ensure all work meets project, company, and industry quality standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in optimal condition.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Collaborate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other trades to ensure timely and efficient task completion.
• Report equipment issues, material shortages, or safety concerns to the supervisor without delay.
• Comply with company policies, work discipline, hygiene standards, and daily operational procedures.

• Minimum educational qualification: ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical certification in Carpentry or related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in shipyard, industrial, or construction environments.
• Gulf region experience is highly advantageous.
• Proven technical expertise in carpentry and related fabrication tasks.
• Ability to interpret basic technical drawings and follow work instructions accurately.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety and quality.
