Roles and Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for underwriting secured loans for customers, adhering to established policies and procedures to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and manage area business volume.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting personal discussions with customers to assess credit worthiness
Controlling front-end delinquencies by promptly contacting customers upon initial presentation
Ensuring timely completion of credit and Know Your Customer (KYC) documents, including telephonic verification and field collateral visits
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of lending procedures. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can navigate complex financial information, make informed decisions, and maintain accurate records.
