Overall Goal
• Current Account RMwill be responsible for
• Acquisition of new Business Entity customers and creating CA Book
• Management of Acquired Current Account customers
• Enhancement of the relationship by cross-selling products and services as per
• the profile amp; need of the these current account customers
• Deepening the size of the relationship and retention of the customers by
• providing the best possible services and being the dedicated point of contact for
• these customers
Relationship Manager CASA
Acquisition of High-End Current Accounts through open market along with cross
selling of other products of the Bank.
1 New to bank acquisition of high end current accounts through open market lead
generation and closure, 45 CA in a month of which 2 should be PCA amp; IP of 3 lacs,
M1 MAB of 4 lacs.
2 Ensure successful onboarding of customer for a smooth transition to branch banking
team.
Wealth RM
• Increasing the Liability book and Investment AUM portfolio size through,
deepening and new acquisition.
• Revenue generation through cross sell of business banking and wealth products
like Trade Forex, Insurance, Investments, Retail Assets etc.
• Ensure quality of sourcing by acquiring Potential Insignia Clients.
• Acquiring and managing both business, individual (resident and NRI) clients.
• Increase product penetration and exit barriers, by cross- selling more number of
products per client.
