Time: US Rotational shift
Location : Airoli (mind space)
Eligibility : Graduate Fresher/ experienced , HSC+ 3 years diploma
• Rotational 2 week off with 5 Days working.
• Complete Inbound Process.
Criteria:
1.Should know how to close calls in tech support
• Should have experience minimum 1year in technical Support Sales and in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to computers and laptops in International BPO.
3.Must have good communication and convincing skills
4.Flexible for night shift
5.Fixed night allowance
