Domain : Share market, Mutual Fund

Designation : Customer Service executive

Eligibility : Graduates (Except BE/B.Tech)

Salary: 2.7 LPA to 3.8 LPA

Shift Timings : Day Shift

Working days : 6 days work and 1 day rotational off

Location : Vaishali nagar, Jaipur

Notice Period : Immediate -15 days


Description

Good Analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills. Should be able to speak fluent English, Hindi
Must be able to clearly communicate the message to customers and handle the call professionally.
Inbound Voice support with 80/90 calls/day
Should be open to take calls, chats and emails.
Basic understanding of mutual funds, stock market and Groww platform.
Exposure to tools like Freshdesk, Freshsales, MS Office is a plus.
