Job Description:
1. Scope of work proposed to be handled:
Service Partner will handle all voice calls from Flipkart (FK) customers, required languages are Hindi and English
All agents shall fluently speak, write and comprehend in English, and Hindi.
Criteria:
1. Excellent communication in English
2. Fresher/ Experience / Graduate can apply.
3. Experienced candidates must have minimum 1 year documented experience in any customer service
BPO/SALES/MARKETING/HOSPITALITY/AVIATION/COUNSELOR)
4. Males and Females .
5. Six days working/ rotational off
6. Immediate joining
7. Training is paid / mandatory to clear certification post training.
Screening Rounds:
HR Round
Functional round
Psychometric test
Typing test 25/+0(Minimum)
Voice Versant test Level 4 Minimum
Salary:
Graduate fresher 14,500K (CTC / Per month)
Graduate Exp 15,500k
