Job Description
Be actively involved in SEO on page (keyword analysis, title, heading and image optimization etc.)
Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success
Track, report, and analyze website analytics and other campaigns report
Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation
Write effective emails, excelling incorrect spelling, punctuation, and grammar. Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling
Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes
Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
Manage large amounts of incoming emails
Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication.
Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Manage CRM system.
Knowledge of SEO tools like Ahref, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, buzzsumo etc.
Understanding of web design and site structures.
Good knowledge of back link analysis.
