We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic female telecallers to join our team. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing them with information about our products/services. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients
Answer inbound calls and provide information as needed
Promote products/services and upsell where possible
Maintain and update customer records in the database
Meet performance targets and deadlines
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
Requirements:
Female candidates aged between 18 to 40 years
Excellent communication skills (fluency in [languages you prefer, e.g., Gujrati, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil etc.])
Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus, but freshers are also welcome to apply
Strong interpersonal skills and a confident phone manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
