Roles and Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will handle various HR functions including recruitment, training, payroll management, statutory compliances, and employee engagement. Key responsibilities include:
• Recruitment: Resume screening, candidate coordination, interview panel schedule, arranging video or personal interviews, releasing offer letters, and completing joining formalities.
• Training: Induction, refresher, motivational, and classroom training for employees.
• Payroll Management: Leaves compilation, leave encashment, salary advance, employee loans, salary negotiation and finalization and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Statutory Compliances: Maintaining records, making payments, and fulfilling requirements under ESI, PF, gratuity, bonus, maternity benefits, minimum wages, P Tax, and liaising with government departments.
• Grievance Handling: Resolving queries, preparing unauthorized, offer, relieving, showcause, and termination letters.
• Full and Final Settlement: Liaising with the HO team to ensure a smooth process.
• Employee Engagement: Regular branch visits, feedback sharing, organizing cultural and sports activities.
