• Sourcing Relevant candidates for Esteemed MNC Clients
• Open to Call Candidates from Portals
• Convince them to Apply & ensure they WALK-IN
• Ensure Weekly Offers &Joined
• Ensure Candidate Relations is Managed in an Excellent Manner
• DELIVERY DRIVEN APPROACH.
