HIRING FOR HR RECRUITER FOR BPO
GENDER -Only Female Can Apply with relevant Experience
SHIFT TIMING: + AM TO 6 PM or +:30 AM TO 6:30 PM
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 to 2 Years as a Recruiter for Bpo/ Bulk Hiring for Tellecalers
SALARY: INR 18,000 to INR 23,000

WORKING -6 DAYS
JOB LOCATION -Azadpur , New Delhi
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Designing and updating job descriptions.
• End to End Recruitment.
• Vendor Management.
• Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels(Example-Linkedin, Naukri, Monster etc).
• Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
• Experience with sourcing techniques.
• Understanding of referral programs.
Skills:-
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum qualification graduate in any field.
• Excellenttime management skills
• Must be Presentable.
