HSC Minimum 12months of Voice Process Experience is required.
Excellent English Communication Skills.

To handle calls from customers or clients and provide them with a solution to their queries.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients
Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
Maintain good customer relations.
