Hiring for Indore - AD Administrator

Should be Graduate (IT / Computer), preferably, BE/B. Tech/MCA with minimum 1 year of in-scope solutions and minimum 3 years’ total experience in the field of IT implementation / support of related solutions

Preference will be given to those who are certified in any 1 following certifications:
• Trend Micro or other Antivirus Management Certification Professional
• MCSA/MCSE/MCSE: Messaging
• Microsoft Outlook Associate 2016/201+

PFB role & responsibilities:  Basic knowledge about AD, DHCP, DNS etc.  Manage & Maintain Software assets, Databases, and other IT Infrastructure,  Desktops,Notebooks basic trouble shooting.  Operating System Installation, Support, Upgrade for Desktops, Notebooks,  Move/ Add/ Change/ Up gradation/New Installation of Application Software and Hardware Support  Installation, maintaining and attending day-to –day user’s problem calls.  Troubleshooting of operating systems issues  Setup desktop computers and peripherals and test network connections  Install and test desktop software applications and internet browsers.  Test computers to ensure proper functioning of computer systems.  Train end users on usage of computer hardware and software.  Sound knowledge of Windows OS\Microsoft Office Applications.  Attend and resolve E-Mail application issues.  Attend assigned calls and report to helpdesk with closure details.  Escalate to senior level if problem is unresolved or any deviation is there.
