Job Description: - Customer Service
Interface with customers over Internet for the purpose of passively (i.e.; order taking) or actively selling products and services.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
• Troubleshoot customer issues related to products and give them satisfactory services.
Basic Eligibility Criteria:-
1)Graduate/UG/ drop out -freshers can apply.
2)Graduates with 1 year of experience are preferred.
3) work location is in Gurugram.
4) Candidate should have good conversational skills in English.
5) Candidate should be willing to work in rotational shifts and night shifts.
6) Candidate should be okay to work from office.
Salary:
2.50-4lpa + incentives + Cab
14-30k in hand salary monthly.
