(Mandatory)Should have excellent English comm skills (Spoken and written) (Mandatory)Typing Speed >= 30 WPM with 90% Accuracy or more (Mandatory)5 days working, 2 Weekoffs Rotational18*7 ShiftsWork from OfficeWork Location- (Plot no 1, west gate, TECH MAHINDRA, Phase 3, Hinjewadi Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjewadi, Pune )Roles and Responsibilities-An advisor will be responsible for handling inbound customer queries (inc. billing, rate plans, service activations and changes, credits and adjustments, technical troubleshooting and complaints) using the live chat channel.
Take complete responsibility of providing accurate and relevant information and to resolve customers query on the first contact.
