Position: Associate Sales Consultant
- UAE Clients (Day Shifts)
• Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India

• Responsibilities:
- Reach out to UAE clients through telesales and effectively communicate the benefits of our insurance products.
- Understand the insurance needs of UAE clients and provide suitable recommendations based on their requirements.
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with UAE clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize up-selling opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) set for the UAE sales process.
- Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate information about insurance policies.
- Update customer details and interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and sales managers to develop strategies for achieving sales goals.
- Stay updated with insurance products, industry trends, and regulations to effectively serve NRI clients.
- Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and code of conduct.
- Interested leads will be provided by the company.:
- No cold calling or random calling.
• Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduation (Any specialization)
- Prior experience in telesales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus.
- Ability to understand the insurance needs of UAE clients and offer suitable solutions.
- Flexible to work in different shifts based on the process requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and earn incentives.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
