Job Description:
We are currently hiring for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as part of our international voice process for a background verification process. The primary responsibility will be to handle and conduct background verification checks on behalf of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting background verification checks on candidates based on client requirements
- Collecting and verifying necessary information from various sources, including previous employers, educational institutions, and references
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of data collected during verification process
- Documenting findings and submitting comprehensive reports to clients
- Communicating with clients and candidates to clarify information and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to all data protection policies
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Graduation is preferred
- Prior experience in a voice process or background verification process is an added advantage
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Proficient in using MS Office tools and internet research
- Willingness to work in night shifts, if required
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Package:
- The package for this position is Fresher 1+000 Take home + up to 30,000 INR per month, which is the take-home salary + Incentives
