Responsibilities/Experience:
Ability to make logical decisions while auditing tasks and dealing with ambiguity
Thoroughly check product details to ensure accuracy and completeness of the data
Analyze data and identify new trends/patterns to dive business results by conducting RCAs, TNI, etc
Must be flexible to meet business requirements
Perform quality checks on completed analyst/senior analyst files
experience in Document review and validation, Investigations, AML, KYC,
Minimum of 1 years experience within Quality Control
Others
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to comprehend & communicate complex issues correctly, clearly to both internal and external customers
Exposure on quality audit, determine root cause analysis for the errors that may occur and provide coaching to upskill
Must be flexible to meet business requirements
Detail oriented, with the ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
